Is there an ATM nearby?

There is an ATM machine a short walk across the main road from the School. More ATMs and also Banks/Foreign Exchange facilities can be found in Kilkenny City Centre.

Can I pay using...?

There are a number of ways to pay your deposit and/or full amount. Full details of payment methods will be in the email from the Registrar.

PLEASE NOTE: The currency for all transactions (including Registration) at the School is the Euro. We will not be able to accept cheques drawn on non-Irish banks.

If I book for the full week but arrive later, will I have to pay the full price?

Yes. If you book and confirm for a full week but arrive later you will still be charged for the full week.

If I miss a meal/meals, can I have a refund?

Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for meals not taken. Day visitors must book meals 24 hours in advance.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required for every booking to secure your place. There are a number of ways to pay your deposit and/or full amount. Full details of payment methods will be in the confirmation email from the Registrar.

If you do not pay the required deposit, your booking may be cancelled and you will have to re-book online, assuming the school is not fully booked out and suitable accommodation is available.
