About Summer School

Ireland’s annual Summer School is its largest national Bahá’i event. It is a residential school held over a nine-day period and it offers learning and educational opportunities for all age groups in a sociable and informal atmosphere. This year’s Summer School will be held once again at Kilkenny College.

Organised under the auspices of the Irish National Spiritual Assembly, the school’s programmes are carefully structured so as to be coherent with the needs of the Faith while helping to maintain that spirit of fellowship and love so integral to success. Arts activities are integrated into the school while in the spirit of co-creation, informal activities are also welcomed.

We are unable to provide a crèche service at Summer School. The Children Class programme will cater for 3 to 11 year olds and parent and child facilities will be available for the under 3s.
