I have a special diet which means I require (certain foods) and cannot eat (certain foods)

Unfortunately, we can only cater for the diets listed on the booking form (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and vegetarian-gluten-free). If you, or one of your party, suffer from an aggressive Food Allergy (e.g. that may require an EpiPen or inhaler), or any other food related allergies, then please speak to dining room staff for information and advice. Please note food served at the dining hall cannot be guaranteed to be completely nut free - some ingredients may have nut traces due to the factory conditions etc.

If I don't like the standard meal, can I choose the vegetarian option?

No. There is no 'vegetarian option' - there are a specific number of vegetarian meals for registered vegetarians. The choice of meal must be selected at the time of registration. Meals are prepared based on these booking numbers. Taking a vegetarian meal that was not booked at registration, may result in shortage of meals for those who registered for vegetarian food.
