Do I need to book even if I'm arranging my own accommodation or coming for just 1 day?

Yes. Anyone attending the school for any period of time needs to book online and register upon arrival as soon as possible. This is a requirement for safety and security of the school as well as operational and logistical aspects.

When should I get there, when should I plan to leave?

The first meal served is dinner on Saturday and registration will open in the afternoon. On the last Saturday, you should pack up before breakfast and make your way home after the closing session.

Early Arrivals/Late Departures: We are unable to provide accommodation before or after the school.

How do I contact the Registrar once the School has begun?

If you need to contact the Registrar for an update on your plans, please use below email: summerschoolregistrar@bahai.ie.

If your arrival time at the school falls after 10pm - please call +353 86 339 5907 and KCK Security team will assist you with your accommodation.

Can I change my booking once it is made?

Bookings cannot be changed online. It is important that, at the time of booking, the information provided is as accurate as possible. Please contact Registrar at summerschoolregistrar@bahai.ie for any changes or queries regarding your booking.

Will my room be kept for me if I do not arrive when stated?

Please keep the Registrar informed of any changes to your itinerary as soon as possible. Full payment in advance of the school will secure your booking. Rooms may be offered to others on the waiting list if people do not arrive on their expected arrival date. For full-week bookings you are expected to arrive by 7pm on Sunday, unless previously advised.
